We do not sell data or use it for profiled advertising.
Who we entrust it to
- Vercel Inc.: site hosting and aggregate statistics.
- Google: email (Gmail) to receive form requests.
Both are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to info@axialoop.com: we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
The application
This notice covers the isonexus.com website. Documents uploaded to the ISO Nexus application are handled under the agreements with each client.
